Hi there! I’ve been a Curl Specialist since 2006, dedicating my entire career to the art of cutting curly hair. My journey has taken me to renowned salons in Los Angeles, where I honed my craft as both a lead specialty stylist and educator of curly hair.
I specialize in sculpting wavy, loose, and tight curl patterns (specifically curl types 2A-4A) and draw my inspiration from effortless, beachy, and bohemian styles—curls that feel free and natural, without being weighed down by excessive products. I believe in embracing each person’s unique curl pattern, and I customize every cut based on this and your own lifestyle. My approach prioritizes gentle, no-tox products that work in harmony with your unique curls.
My goal is for my clients to not only love their hair when they leave my chair but also feel understood, listened to and more knowledgeable about their curls and recreating the salon look at home.
A little more about me: In my free time I enjoy living in quietude - creating intentional fine jewelry (@earthofprini), gardening, wandering in nature, trail running, tea ceremonies, herbalism and enjoying the magic of life! I look forward to connecting with you!
Important notes for your appointment:
•Please prep for your appointment by having your hair detangled, free of excess oils and styled as you normally would wear it curly.
•Due to the physical strain it’s taken on my hands over the past 19 years, I no longer cut “z” pattern curls (specifically curl types 4B and 4C)
